LGBT+ Allies

I was design lead for the IBM UK Diversity Team (LGBT+ Allies) known as ‘365’. I worked with the community working on the end-to-end branding for IBM ‘365’. I had support from influential figures including Harriet Green OBE (CEO & Chairman, IBM Asia Pacific) & Jon O'Donnell (UK & Ireland Consulting General Manager). The ‘365’ brand has become a global sensation within IBM.

I wanted to create a striking logo that defined the brand.

I wanted to create a striking logo that defined the brand.

I created a fluid logo that could be defined in many variations.

I created the lanyards to be worn by everyone. I wanted to bring the IBM community together. I used a distinguished colour palette and added gamification elements so that it would encourage the community to gain the different levels of LGBT+ Allies.
